How to Add a Back To Top short Botton

Hello and welcome to Bloggers Tricks  ,today i will show you how  to add a Back To Top  Botton 

* First you have to backup your temlplate befor making any changes 

 and then :
1. Go to  blogger.com and log in
2. Then go to  tempalte  > edit html
3.  Click in the codes area and then   Ctrl  +  F   and seach for :  ]]></b:skin>  or </style > 

 Right above that place this code :
